Topos R2

Topos is a tool with unique features and functionalities for three-dimensional (3D) modeling, visualization and experimentation. It enables users to combine existing features of landscape, construction site or environment with envisioned changes. It provides a high degree of flexibility, for example supporting on-the-fly change and experimentation with 3D visualizations.

The first license for a single user version of Topos R2 costs GBP 3500 (EURO 5150). Volume discounts are available, please call or e-mail for a quotation. Discounts for academia are also available on request. Topos R2 licenses can also be leased for shorter or longer periods. Please call or e-mail for details.

Users of Topos R1 may upgrade to Topos R2 for GBP 1450 per seat.

Topos R2 Viewer

The Topos Viewer is an easy to use light weight application for viewing and interrogating Topos models made with Topos R2. It is available for free redistribution to users of Topos R2.

Video recording add-on

Record flythroughs and free-form navigation to AVI video files that you can upload to your website or show to clients. The video recording tool is a separate add-on for Topos R2, that has to be enabled via the USB key. The price of the add-on is GBP 450.

Google Earth Export add-on

Export workspaces and drapes to Google Earth for clients to explore your designs on their own. The export tool is a separate add-on for Topos R2 (Update 4 or later), that has to be enabled via the USB key. The price of the add-on is GBP 700 (900 euro).

Topos R2 site license

We also offer floating site licenses for companies using Topos on several machines in an office. The additional price for a floating license server is GBP 450. Please call or e-mail for a quotation on the number of licenses you require.

Site licenses are reduced in price in comparison with single user versions and are typically combined with extra services, for example professional training.

Topos training

We offer professional training in order to assist customers to realise the full potential of Topos. This provides assistance and training in expert use of the software, and help in building up and populating workspaces.

The prices for training are based on an hourly rate per training hour (GBP 60-100) + travel expenses.

Modelling

We can assist in the modelling of developments and surrounding land- and city-scapes, in small and large scale planning projects, covering areas from an individual construction site to several thousands of square kilometres.

Prices depends on size of the landscape, complexity and number of layouts, and number of viewpoints and routes in the model in question. We provide a quote given an estimate of those. Examples of types of models previously constructed can be found under References

Presentations

We may assist in the use of models for visualization, experimentation and presentation, for example in relation to negotiations with external stakeholders. Examples of such assistance conducted in the past can be found under References

Prices are based on an hourly rate (GBP 80-100) + travel expenses.

Specialised development

We also offer the possibility of developing specialised versions of Topos to meet special demands.

Prices have to be agreed from case to case, depending on the functionality required.

Examples include the power line functionality in R2 which was first custom developed for a client, and support for heterogeneous imports from GIS files.
